BIENVENIDOS/WELCOME
Hola a todos,
Mi verdadera pasion por la cocina no me viene desde hace mucho tiempo, en realidad si os soy sincera antes no cocinaba nada(espaguetis con tomate los sábados), pero una vez que empece mis estudios de Health Coach en IIN(Institute for Integrative Nutrition), comprendi lo importante que es la comida preparada en casa, la importancia de variar nuetros platos con un colorido de vegetales y frutas, ademas de el consumo de proteinas de bajo indice de grasa y cereales integrales.
Una vez que me gradue como Health Coach(Agosto 2012), una amiga me recomendo escribir este blog para compartir con todos vosotros mis recetas.
Espero que os sea de ayuda en esos momentos en que nos atascamos y no se nos ocurre que cocinar o simplemente por inventar nuevos platos y sorprender a nuestra familia con diferentes sabores, ademas de cuidarnos porque no hay que olvidar que: "SOMOS LO QUE COMEMOS".

I would like to welcome you to my food blog, which has been created with the intention of publishing new recipes which once I have cooked them, my family gives me the approval and I consider them healthy for both, the little ones and for the rest of the family.
I discovered my passion for cooking not long ago, in fact, three years ago I didn't cook almost anything(spaghettis with tomato sauce every Saturday), but when I started my Health Coach training in IIN(Institute for Integrative Nutrition), I understood how important is home made food,and the importance of choosing a variety of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains.
Once I graduated as a Health Coach(August,2012), a friend recommended me to write a food blog to share with all of you my recipes.
I hope this blog helps you in these critical moments that you don't know what we can cook or to create differents meals and surprise all your family with new flavors, because we can't forget that :
